Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the services operated by RedTable Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), including RedTable, Korea Travel Card, and Medical Travel Korea (the "Services"). They cover how you can use our services, your rights and responsibilities, and other important information. These terms also apply to purchases made through our website, mobile website, and mobile app.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Member" means a person who has signed up for our service and agreed to these terms.
- "Service Agreement" means the contract between the Company and a Member for using our services.
- "Member ID" means the unique username a Member creates to log in and use the service.
- "Password" means the combination of letters and numbers a Member sets to protect their account.
- "Operator" means the person at the Company who manages and runs the service.
- "Service Cancellation" means when a Member chooses to end their service agreement.
Chapter 2: Using the Service
Article 3 (Operating Policies and Priority)
The Company may announce separate operating policies when needed. If there is a conflict between the operating policies and these terms, the operating policies take priority.
Article 4 (Creating an Account)
1. Your account is created when you agree to these terms, submit your sign-up application, and the Company approves it.
2. By clicking the "Agree" button during sign-up, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
3. When you sign up, you are also automatically enrolled as an L.POINT member and are considered to have agreed to the L.POINT terms of service.
Article 5 (Member Information)
1. When signing up, you must provide required information such as your ID, password, and email address.
2. If you provide false information, your access to the service may be restricted, and you may be held legally responsible.
Article 6 (Privacy Protection)
1. The Company protects your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
2. The Company works hard to protect your personal information, but is not responsible for any information leaks caused by your own carelessness.
3. If a Member posts content that violates the law or disrupts public order, the Company may share that content with the relevant authorities if requested.
Article 7 (Company Responsibilities)
1. The Company will do its best to handle Member feedback and complaints promptly. If there is a delay, we will notify you.
2. In the event of a system failure, the Company will work to restore the service as quickly as possible. However, the Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Article 8 (Member Responsibilities)
1. Members must follow these terms and the Company's operating policies.
2. Members are responsible for managing their own accounts and may not share or transfer their accounts to others.
3. Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or others.
Chapter 3: Service Restrictions and Cancellation
Article 9 (Service Hours and Interruptions)
1. The service is available 24 hours a day in principle. However, it may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or other reasons.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend the service without prior notice in cases such as emergency maintenance, technical failures, or national emergencies beyond its control.
Article 10 (Cancelling Your Account)
1. If you no longer wish to use the service, you may cancel your account at any time.
2. Once your account is cancelled, all related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Article 11 (Service Restrictions)
The Company may restrict your access or cancel your account if you engage in any of the following:
- Registering false information or stealing another person's identity
- Impersonating staff or interfering with service operations
- Infringing on the intellectual property of the Company or others
- Engaging in illegal activities or criminal conduct
- Any other behavior that violates laws or social order
Chapter 4: Content Management and Copyright
Article 12 (Content Management)
1. The Company manages content posted by Members and may delete or move content without prior notice if necessary.
2. The following types of content may be deleted, and the Member who posted it may receive a warning or have their access restricted:
- Content that attacks or damages the reputation of others
- Illegal content that disrupts social order
- Content that infringes on copyright
- Promotional or advertising content for commercial purposes
Article 13 (Copyright of Posted Content)
1. Members retain the copyright to the content they post. However, the Company may use such content for non-commercial purposes.
2. Members may not use content from the service for commercial purposes without prior approval from the Company.
Chapter 5: Liability and Legal Disputes
Article 14 (Damages and Disclaimers)
1. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by circumstances beyond its control.
2. The Company does not get involved in disputes between Members or between a Member and a third party, and is not liable for such disputes.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
1. If a dispute arises regarding the use of the service, the Company will work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
2. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal disputes will be handled by the Seoul Central District Court.
Chapter 6: Supplementary Provisions
Article 16 (Effective Date)
These Terms of Service are effective from February 24, 2025.

Article 18 (L.POINT Membership)
1. When you sign up, you are automatically enrolled as an L.POINT member.
2. The use of L.POINT services is governed by the L.POINT Terms of Service.

Article 20 (What Location-Based Services We Provide)
The Company provides the following location-based services:
- Searching for and recommending nearby restaurants, medical facilities, and other places based on your current location
- Providing location-based content and directions
- Other personalized services using your location information
The Company will notify you in advance if there are any changes to these services.
Article 21 (Fees and Conditions for Location-Based Services)
1. The location-based services provided by the Company are free of charge. However, you are responsible for any mobile data charges or other communication costs.
2. If paid location-based services are introduced in the future, the Company will notify you of the fees and conditions in advance.
Article 22 (Your Rights and How to Exercise Them)
1. You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or sharing of your personal location information at any time, either fully or partially.
2. You may ask the Company to temporarily stop collecting, using, or sharing your personal location information. The Company cannot refuse this request without a valid reason.
3. You may ask the Company to let you view records of when and how your personal location information was used or shared.
4. If you are under the age of 14, your legal guardian may exercise the rights in items 1 through 3 on your behalf.
5. To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us at contact@redtable.kr. The Company will process your request without delay.
Article 23 (Records of Location Information Use and Sharing)
1. The Company keeps records of when and how your personal location information is collected, used, and shared, as required by Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.
2. These records are kept for 6 months.
3. After the retention period ends, the records will be promptly deleted.
Article 24 (Why We Keep Your Location Information and For How Long)
1. The Company collects your personal location information solely for the purpose of providing location-based services, and only keeps it for as long as necessary to deliver those services.
2. In principle, your personal location information is deleted immediately after the service has been provided. However, if applicable laws require us to retain it for a certain period, we will keep it for that period before deleting it.
3. If you cancel your membership or withdraw your consent, the Company will delete your personal location information without delay.
Article 25 (Notification When Your Location Information Is Shared)
1. If the Company shares your personal location information with a third party that you have designated, we will immediately notify you of who received it, when it was shared, and why, as required by Article 19, Paragraph 3 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.
2. However, if you have separately agreed to a specific method or frequency of notification in advance, we will follow that agreement.
3. Notifications will be sent using the method you have chosen, such as email, text message (SMS/MMS), or app push notification.
Chapter 8: Personal Location Information Processing Policy
Article 26 (Purpose of Processing and Retention Period)
1. The Company collects and uses your personal location information only for the following purposes:
- Providing location-based search and recommendation services (e.g., nearby restaurants and medical facilities)
- Delivering personalized content based on your current location
- Providing directions and other location-linked features
2. Your personal location information is used only for the purposes stated above and is not retained beyond what is necessary. In principle, it is deleted immediately once the service has been delivered.
3. If applicable laws require us to retain your location information for a specific period, we will keep it only for that required period before securely deleting it.
Article 27 (Retention of Records)
1. As required by Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, the Company retains records of all instances in which your personal location information has been collected, used, or shared.
2. These records are retained for a period of 6 months from the date of collection, use, or sharing.
3. Once the retention period has expired, all such records will be promptly and securely destroyed.
Article 28 (How We Delete Your Personal Location Information)
1. When your personal location information is no longer needed the Company will delete it without delay using the following methods:
- Electronic files: Permanently deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.
- Physical records: Shredded or incinerated.
2. The deletion process is carried out under the supervision of the Location Information Manager.
Article 29 (Sharing with Third Parties)
1. The Company does not share your personal location information with third parties without your consent.
2. If required by law or requested by a government authority, the Company may provide your location information without your prior consent. In such cases, the Company will notify you as permitted by law.
Article 30 (Notification to Designated Third Party)
When the Company provides your personal location information to a third party you have designated, we will immediately notify you of the recipient's name, the date/time, and the purpose of provision.
Article 31 (Rights of Legal Guardians)
The legal guardian of a child under the age of 8 or a person with a severe disability may consent to the collection, use, or sharing of that person's personal location information on their behalf. To exercise these rights, please contact us at contact@redtable.kr with verification documents.
