2. Please select a branch and an interpretation language and purchase.

3. Check your mobile voucher or email voucher. 

※ The voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

4. Please arrive at the experience place on time and show your voucher. 

5. Proceed the experience.

Notice

1. Please arrive 5 minutes earlier than the reservation time.

2. If you are late more than 15 minutes due to your carelessness, it will be consider by no-show and refund is impossible. Even if it starts late, the end time is the same, so please refer to this and make sure to arrive on time. 

3. You can enter with your companion, but children under 10 years old cannot enter. Please excuse it.

4. Parking is available for valet parking nearby or public parking lot and parking fees are not supported.

5. For an accurate diagnosis, sunscreen that does not differ from your bare face or skin color is recommended. 

6. If you wear glasses or color lenses, please wear transparent contacts! (The diagnosis is made without glasses.)

* If you wear makeup on your face or color lenses, the width of the color diagnosis may be too wide. For a more accurate diagnosis, no makeup and transparent lenses are good!

7. You can bring glasses and accessories that yuo want to check after the color diagnosis. 

8. If you bring your usual color cosmetics, we will check them too.

9. Please avoid clothes that come up around the neck.

10. Only for [Detailed Course], Please wear clothes that are fitted and not thick.

11. Please check the address of the reserved branch among the two branches in the voucher and visit location.

Refund Policy

- Cancellation 3 days before 17:00 (KST) : 100% refund 

- Cancellation 2 days before 17:00 (KST) : 50% refund 

- Afterwards : No Refund

* If you consider by No Show : Change the schedule or Refund is impossible
