Cancellation/Refund Policy

For Refunds, they are only allowed up to 2 days prior to the reservation date in the voucher and are not allowed afterwards.

Notice

1. You must contact the CS Team when there is a change to reservation. Cancellation/change of reservation will not go through when contacting the driver directly.

2. If there is a place to visit please notify the CS Team. And please note that extra fee may be required. 

3. Waiting fee may be charged for being late for more than 20 minutes from the reservation time. Please make sure to be on time!

4. Pets need to be taken in a cage! And depending on the size of the pet the ride may not be available. 

5. If there is change from the Airport, Departure time/Arrival time, please notify the driver and the CS Team as soon as possible. No refund will be given when flight change time was not notified. 

6. If it is a simple schedule delay, not the flight change, the wait will automatically start as the first reservation. 

7. Recommend a maximum number of pax up to 2 pax/5 pax/11 pax for each option depending on the amount of luggage.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation before 24 hours (KST) : 100% Refund

• Cancellation before 12 hours (KST)  : 50% Refund

• Cancellation after : No Refund

• Airport Pick-up NO-SHOW : After waiting 60 minutes of international arrival or 40 minutes of domestic arrival, if the customer does not show up without contacting the customer center or the driver, it will be considered as NO SHOW and will not be refunded.

 • Point (Address or Specific Location) Pick-up  NO-SHOW : After waiting 20 minutes , if the customer does not show up without contacting the customer center or the driver, it will be considered as NO SHOW and will not be refunded.
