1. Jongno 3-ga Station (Subway line 1, 3, 5)
• Get off of Exit 5, pass “낙원상가,” and go straight until the main street of Insa-dong-gil → Go right 100m in front of “MG새마을금고” → The building next to “통인가게”
2. Anguk Station (Subway line 3)
• Get off of Exit 6, walk straight 100m till Anguk-dong intersection, and turn left → Pass “Ssamziegil” and find the building next to “인사아트프라자”
3. Jonggak Station (Subway line 1)
• Get off of Exit 11 and walk straight until Jongno 2-ga crossroads → Turn left at “금강제화” and enter into the main street of Insa-dong → Walk straight and find the building next to “통인가게”

1. Face Engraving Course requires a photo of face. After booking, please email CS Team the picture of face. (op@seoulpass.kr)
2. If your reservation cannot be made at a desired date and time, our CS Team will contact you via email.
3. Basic stamp will be given. If you want to change it to black-colored / red-colored stamp, additional charge will be incurred. (On-site purchase)

- Cancellation on or before 3 days prior to the reserved date, before 5pm KST : 100% Refund
- Cancellation on 2 days prior to the reserved date, before 5pm KST : 70% Refund
- Cancellation on 1 day prior to the reserved date, before 5pm KST : 50% Refund
- Cancellation on the reserved date / No-show : No Refund
