1. Complete your reservation after write the additional information on the purchase page.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirm your reservation.

3. Please arrive 10 minutes before.

4.  Tell the reservation name and enjoy the experience.

1. You must make a reservation under the name of actual experienced person. If the name of the person who made the reservation is different from the name of actual experienced person, please email op@seoulpass.kr.  

2. There will be an additional charge if it exceeds 10 minutes. (Additional payment is made on site.)

3. If your desired date/time are unavailable, our CS team will contact you via email. 

4. The operator will contact you via your messenger. Please make sure to fill out the messenger information on the purchase page. 

5. Over 6 years old are available, Price is the same as that of Adults. 

6. Recorded file will be sent via email. 

7. If you want to a Pop song other than a Korean song, or if you have any other questions, please email to studio@musicking.co.kr, then King Studio team will kidndly answer you. 

8. If the reservation is confirmed, please send a profile photo to the email (studio@musicking.co.kr ). 

Refund Policy

• Cancellation before 3 days 5pm : 100% Refund 

• Cancellation before 2 days 5pm : 80% Refund 

• Cancellation before 1 day 5pm : 50% Refund 

• Cancellation on the day of your reservation & No Show : No Refund

• Resevation date, number of pax change : Available up to before 3 days
