Ring Making Process
1. Decide ring design (it is more convenient to think in advance of visit)
2. Start making
※ Ring making process may vary depending on additional options on site.
1. If your reservation cannot be made at a desired date and time, our CS Team will contact you via email.
2. Adding additional gems or decorations may incur additional amounts. (Purchase on-site)
3. You can communicate with the teacher in simple English.
4. Please arrive 5 minutes before the reservation time.
5. The production period after the experience may take more than 4 weeks depending on the design. International shipping will take an additional 3-7 days.

Refund Policy- Cancellation on or before 3 days prior to the reserved date, before 5pm KST : 100% Refund
- Cancellation on 2 days prior to the reserved date, before 5pm KST : 70% Refund
- Cancellation on 1 day prior to the reserved date, before 5pm KST : 50% Refund
- Cancellation on the reserved date / No-show : No Refund
